What a cracking way to start as a published author! This is Holly Jackson's debut novel and let me tell you... it is great! I did not put this book down! I was reading it every chance I got. What I loved about this book is that it was so engaging yet such an easy read, with no predictions. I was DYING to get to the end to find out who killed Andie Bell! When I found out who the killer was, my mouth dropped. Everything about this book, was thrilling and I loved every second.

The way that Jackson designed parts of the book to look like Pip's notebook, interviews, computer and newspaper cut outs, was very unique. It made you feel like you were in her inner circle and part of the detective case. Pip was always finding new leads, which made you feel on edge throughout the whole story. She is a brave, intelligent young woman and I loved that she was only an A Level student... it was empowering and different. If all books were this addicting, I'd never stop reading. I cannot wait to see what else Jackson releases! The easiest 5 stars I have ever given.
